Ever wondered what can make you happy? Although there is no specific system or process, there are some things which help.

So, here is a list of 10 things to do everyday that could make your life a lot fuller and happier:


  1. Read 10 to 15 pages of a self-help book.
  2. Read an article related to your work or industry.
  3. Call a friend and speak for 5 minutes.
  4. Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Write an article on any topic that you are passionate about.
  6. Spend 15 to 30 minutes doing one task that will take you closer to an important goal.
  7. Do 5 minutes of deep breathing.
  8. Think about what you have learnt and what you have achieved during the day.
  9. Listen to an inspirational song.
  10. Complement someone or just give a smile.
